<\/a>consists of several teams and divides the Organization into meaningful value streams. <\/span><span style=\"vertical-align: inherit;\">He organizes the various systems, applications (products) and markets. <\/span><span style=\"vertical-align: inherit;\">For this he has a <\/span><\/span><a href=\"http:\/\/p4dev.hardscrum.com\/clusterbl\/\"><span style=\"vertical-align: inherit;\"><span style=\"vertical-align: inherit;\">Cluster Backlog<\/span><\/span><\/a><span style=\"vertical-align: inherit;\"><span style=\"vertical-align: inherit;\"> with system versions consisting of features and Modules as elements, a <\/span><\/span><a href=\"http:\/\/p4dev.hardscrum.com\/clusterbl\/\"><span style=\"vertical-align: inherit;\"><span style=\"vertical-align: inherit;\">Cluster Kanban board<\/span><\/span><\/a><span style=\"vertical-align: inherit;\"><span style=\"vertical-align: inherit;\"> and the <\/span><\/span><a href=\"http:\/\/p4dev.hardscrum.com\/clusterdod\/\"><span style=\"vertical-align: inherit;\"><span style=\"vertical-align: inherit;\">Cluster DoD<\/span><\/span><\/a><span style=\"vertical-align: inherit;\"><span style=\"vertical-align: inherit;\"> .<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"vertical-align: inherit;\"><span style=\"vertical-align: inherit;\">Each Cluster has the following artifacts:<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>The Cluster structure: It describes the teams and roles within the cluster, as well as the workflows and processes that enable them to work together.<\/li>\n<li><a href=\"https:\/\/p4dev.hardscrum.com\/cluster-mission\/\">The Cluster Mission<\/a>: Defines the purpose of the Cluster in the organisation and the specific and supplementary rules of conduct in the Cluster, derived from the <a href=\"https:\/\/p4dev.hardscrum.com\/org-mission\/\">Organization Mission<\/a>.<\/li>\n<li><a href=\"http:\/\/p4dev.hardscrum.com\/backlog\/\"><span style=\"vertical-align: inherit;\"><span style=\"vertical-align: inherit;\">Backlogs<\/span><\/span><\/a>\n<ul>\n<li><a href=\"http:\/\/p4dev.hardscrum.com\/clusterbl\/\"><span style=\"vertical-align: inherit;\"><span style=\"vertical-align: inherit;\">Cluster Backlog<\/span><\/span><\/a><span style=\"vertical-align: inherit;\"><span style=\"vertical-align: inherit;\"> : Backlog that contains all the work of the teams in the cluster. <\/span><span style=\"vertical-align: inherit;\">The Cluster Backlog can contain entries for one or more systems. <\/span><span style=\"vertical-align: inherit;\">If only one system is developed, the Cluster Backlog is usually called the system backlog.<\/span><\/span><\/li>\n<li><a href=\"http:\/\/p4dev.hardscrum.com\/clusterbl\/\"><span style=\"vertical-align: inherit;\"><span style=\"vertical-align: inherit;\">Cluster Kanban<\/span><\/span><\/a><span style=\"vertical-align: inherit;\"><span style=\"vertical-align: inherit;\"> : This Kanban board shows the progress of the work of all teams in the cluster. <\/span><span style=\"vertical-align: inherit;\">If only the work for the current Cycle is shown, it is also called the <\/span><\/span><a href=\"http:\/\/p4dev.hardscrum.com\/clusterbl\/\"><span style=\"vertical-align: inherit;\"><span style=\"vertical-align: inherit;\">Cycle Backlog<\/span><\/span><\/a><span style=\"vertical-align: inherit;\"><span style=\"vertical-align: inherit;\"> , similar to the <\/span><\/span><a href=\"http:\/\/p4dev.hardscrum.com\/teambl\/\"><span style=\"vertical-align: inherit;\"><span style=\"vertical-align: inherit;\">Iteration Backlog<\/span><\/span><\/a><span style=\"vertical-align: inherit;\"><span style=\"vertical-align: inherit;\"> at team level.<\/span><\/span><\/li>\n<li><a href=\"http:\/\/p4dev.hardscrum.com\/clusterimprovementbacklog\/\"><span style=\"vertical-align: inherit;\"><span style=\"vertical-align: inherit;\">Cluster Improvement Backlog<\/span><\/span><\/a><span style=\"vertical-align: inherit;\"><span style=\"vertical-align: inherit;\"> : Contains all impediments and improvements that cannot be resolved at team level, either because they affect several teams or because they were escalated<\/span><span style=\"vertical-align: inherit;\">\u00a0by the <\/span><a href=\"http:\/\/p4dev.hardscrum.com\/smgroup\/\"><span style=\"vertical-align: inherit;\">team <\/span><\/a><\/span><a href=\"http:\/\/p4dev.hardscrum.com\/scrummaster\/\"><span style=\"vertical-align: inherit;\"><span style=\"vertical-align: inherit;\">Scrum Master<\/span><\/span><\/a><span style=\"vertical-align: inherit;\"><span style=\"vertical-align: inherit;\"> by the affected team<\/span><\/span><span style=\"vertical-align: inherit;\"><span style=\"vertical-align: inherit;\">.<\/span><\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<li><a
