(A general description of the Product Owner role can be found <a href=\"http:\/\/p4dev.hardscrum.com\/marketbusiness\/\">here<\/a>.)<\/span><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Together with the <a href=\"http:\/\/p4dev.hardscrum.com\/portfolioarch\/\">Portfolio Architect<\/a> and the <a href=\"http:\/\/p4dev.hardscrum.com\/organisationsm\/\">Organisation Scrum Master<\/a>, the Portfolio Owner forms the <a href=\"http:\/\/p4dev.hardscrum.com\/org-management\/\">Management circle of the organisation<\/a><a href=\"http:\/\/p4dev.hardscrum.com\/organisationsm\/\">.<\/a><\/p>\n<p>The Portfolio Owner, together with the <a href=\"http:\/\/p4dev.hardscrum.com\/clusterpogroup\/\">Cluster-Product-Owner Group<\/a>, has the following tasks:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Managing the <a href=\"http:\/\/p4dev.hardscrum.com\/portfoliobl\/\">Portfolio Backlog<\/a>, in technical coordination with the <a href=\"http:\/\/p4dev.hardscrum.com\/sysarchgroup\/\">Cluster-System-Engineer-Gruppe (CSEG)<\/a><\/li>\n<li>Requirements Management: Receiving requests\/requests about systems, applications &amp; features, as well as working with the <a href=\"http:\/\/p4dev.hardscrum.com\/stakeholder\/\">Stakeholders<\/a> on the requirements,\n<ul>\n<li>Securing the <a href=\"http:\/\/p4dev.hardscrum.com\/definition-of-ready\/\">DoR<\/a> so that the <a href=\"http:\/\/p4dev.hardscrum.com\/sysarchgroup\/\">Cluster-System-Engineer-Gruppe (CSEG)<\/a> can evaluate and estimate them,<\/li>\n<li><a href=\"http:\/\/p4dev.hardscrum.com\/portfoliorefinement\/\">Portfolio Backlog definition, c<\/a><a href=\"http:\/\/p4dev.hardscrum.com\/portfoliorefinement\/\">ommunicating and refinement<\/a> of systems, applications &amp; features and breakdown to the Team Backlogs,<\/li>\n<li>Evaluating systems, applications &amp; features regarding the business value<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<li>Estimating the Business Value of Portfolio Backlog Items<\/li>\n<li>Prioritizing systems, applications &amp; features within the PortfolioBacklog. The <a href=\"http:\/\/p4dev.hardscrum.com\/portfoliobl\/\">Portfolio Backlog<\/a> is publicly available and viewable for all stakeholders<\/li>\n<li>Release-Management (Planning, acceptance and release)\n<ul>\n<li>Release planning: Scheduling of systems, applications &amp; features in meaningful system versions and variants.
