He ensures an optimal work flow between the team members, by discovering improvements and solving disabilities and problems (presented managed in the <a href=\"http:\/\/p4dev.hardscrum.com\/improvementbacklog\/\">Team Improvement Backlog<\/a>) that arise in the cooperation of the teams.
