The Cluster Scrum Master has, together with the Team Scrum Master Group (TSMG)<\/a> <\/span>the responsibility for the <\/span>Infrastructure and Processes<\/strong><\/a> of the Cluster<\/strong><\/a>,<\/span><\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

The Cluster-Scrum-Master<\/span> forms with the Cluster System Engineer<\/a> and the Cluster-Product-Owner<\/a> the management circle of the cluster<\/a>.<\/p>\n

The CSM ensures that the Teams<\/a> of its Cluster<\/a> can work optimally. Together with the Team Scrum Master Group (TSMG)<\/a>, consisting of the Team Scrum Masters<\/a> of the Cluster, it ensures an optimal workflow between the teams by solving impediments and problems that occur in the cooperation of the teams (impediments in the Cluster-Improvement Backlog<\/a>). For this purpose, she organizes and moderates the Cluster Retrospective<\/a> and leads the Team Scrum Master Group<\/a>, in which TSMs exchange ideas and experiences in order to strive for an optimum of working conditions and workflow within the Cluster<\/a>. In doing so, she works together with other CSMs within the Organization<\/a> in the Cluster Scrum Master Group (CSMG)<\/a> to prevent local optimization within the Cluster<\/a>.<\/p>\n
