What is the <strong>purpose<\/strong> of the team?<\/li>\n<li>How does the team position itself within the cluster and the organization?<\/li>\n<li>What are the responsibilities of the team and its PO? (Products, Modules, Services)<\/li>\n<li>What expertises are required and what is the internal structure of the team?<\/li>\n<li>What specific activities and requirements arise from the <a href=\"https:\/\/p4dev.hardscrum.com\/arbeitsprozess-der-organisation\/\">Working Process of the Organization<\/a>, depending on the type of product? What have we added to the Working Process of the Organization or Cluster. What have we tailored?<\/li>\n<li>How do we want to work together internally (rules of conduct within the team)? How do we behave towards our environment, our \u201csuppliers\u201d and \u201ccustomers\u201d?<\/li>\n<li>What roles and areas of <strong>responsibility<\/strong> are there in the team?<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/p4dev.hardscrum.com\/cluster-mission\/\">The Mission of a Cluster<\/a> is derived from the <a href=\"https:\/\/p4dev.hardscrum.com\/org-mission\/\">Mission of the Organization<\/a>, refined and supplemented as necessary.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/p4dev.hardscrum.com\/team-mission\/\">The Mission of a Team<\/a> is derived from the <a href=\"https:\/\/p4dev.hardscrum.com\/cluster-mission\/\">Mission of the Cluster<\/a>, refined and supplemented as necessary.<\/p>\n<p>The mission should be reviewed at regular intervals and adjusted if necessary so that it corresponds to the current circumstances of the environment and the understanding of the members.<\/p>\n<p>The mission, the <a href=\"https:\/\/p4dev.hardscrum.com\/definition-of-done\/\">Definition-of-done<\/a> and the <a href=\"https:\/\/p4dev.hardscrum.com\/definition-of-ready\/\">Definition-of-Ready<\/a> form the basis for the group&#8217;s work process.
