The Team System Engineer represents the <\/span><\/span>technical expertise<\/span><\/span><\/a> and responsibility of his <\/span><\/span>Team<\/span><\/span><\/a> in the <\/span><\/span>Team System Engineer Group<\/span><\/span><\/a> of<\/span><\/span> the <\/span><\/span>Cluster<\/span><\/span><\/a> . <\/span>If the team does not agree on any other regulation, he also represents the Team in the <\/span><\/span>Cluster Syncs (scrum-of-scrums)<\/span><\/span><\/a> . <\/span>For this, he should have the broadest possible knowledge of the topics within his Team. <\/span>This can vary significantly depending on the type and area of \u200b\u200bresponsibility.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

If a <\/span><\/span>Service Team<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/strong> represents<\/span><\/span><\/span> c<\/span>ertain expertise (e.g. EMC or acoustics), the Team System Engineer is usually the most experienced of the team.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

Within a <\/span><\/span>Module Team<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/strong> , the Team System Engineer knows the modules of his team, their strengths and weaknesses, and their areas of application.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

Within an <\/span><\/span>Application Team<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/strong> , the Team System Engineer knows best the technical possibilities for implementing the applications that his team is responsible for.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

Within the Working Team, the Team System Engineer has the role of moderating and driving technical decisions and, when in doubt, making them. <\/span>He is not above the Working Team, but is the “first among equals” (Primus inter paris).<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n
