Overlapping Principle

The overlap principle ensures that information is effectively exchanged between the team, groups and Clusters.

This is illustrated here using the example of the Product Owner:

Every Team has a Team-Product-Owner, who represents his/her Team within the Team-Product-Owner-Gruppe (TPOG) of the Cluster.

Each TPOG has a Cluster-Product-Owner, who represents his/her Cluster within the Cluster-Product-Owner-Group (CPOG) of the organization.
